I've considered it kerch, and will probably do it after today. I'll get my 'Brother' labeller out. :D

If anyone does it then, I'll pop them into envelopes addressed to them and post without a stamp so it would cost them nearly £2 when it gets delivered back to them. ;)

I have one of those signs on my letter box and I found that the only thing it seemed to stop was a labour election pamphlet.

No-one else takes any notice of it.

Might be an idea to try what I propose doing, Morty - sending them back to them in an unstamped envelope. When they have to start paying the return postage plus excess charge they might get their distributors to take notice, especially if you put a sheet inside explaining why they are being returned.

I only realised that they had taken heed of my notice and not posted their leaflet when I posted to a facebook group that I had not received a pamphlet.

The candidate then asked where I lived and stated that I should have received one as that area had been covered.

The next day she came round herself and delivered said pamphlet and pointed out that it had been my notice that stopped them posting it previously.

I actually like to get the pamphlets from all candidates as it gives me that little more information to assist in making a decision.

But it is within their timescale, kerch. I have a book arriving from Amazon tomorrow on its release date and this is the tracking status on it at the moment. Although I doubt it will be as late as 11-pm, I have to accept that I suppose it is a possibility. It was despatched earlier today from Gourock, Inverclyde in Scotland.

I get annoyed when a reputable website (in this case the BBC News website) embeds a link into an important news story, relating to that story, only to find that when you click on it, the article you want to read (in this instance in the Daily Telegraph) only displays a couple of short paragraphs UNLESS you sign-up for a 30-day free trial then £3 per week thereafter before you can read it all.
