hello everybody I live in lowerstoft very nice place...I had stroke a year ago and left me with right side weak and partial sighted which I hoping can be fixed with surgery,so have patience with my posts it can become difficult

Seagull, at the top of the page on the left hand side below the picture it probably says '1 new messages' or whatever number of messages there are in your Inbox. If you click on that link you will be taken to your 'Inbox' where you can click on the message to open it as you would an email. Hope this helps you.
