Post by Debbie » Tue Feb 07, 2017 10:34 am

Hello everybody I used to be on Streetlife then yesterday got email to go Nextdoor & wasn't impressed as they tell my Nextdoor 'neighbours' my home address :o so John JR posted this sites address so here I am :D

People may bad mouth our little town but I love it, yep it's got it's mucky bits & it's weird & wonderful road improvements ( ) but it's our town & overall I love it warts & all dancer1

Greetings and salutations Debbie.
I came I saw I moved four times and ALL in the Lowestoft area so I am also one who finds this quirky town great.

Thanks for the lovely welcome & looking forward to getting to know you all, checking out the other topics looks as if a lot of thought went into this site & it's certainly lovely to see such an active site, shows when I already knew us Lowestoft folk are friendly bunch of people :)

I'm a bit late, but welcome to MyLowestoft.com, Debbie. :)

Welcome aboard Debbie, I moved away from Lowestoft to North Lancs nearly 25 years ago but miss the old place, especially Oulton Broad which is not represented very well on here as most members who still live in the area live in Lowestoft and not Oulton Broad, I'm hoping the new influx of disgruntled SL people will redress that :-)
It's grim up North...
