Watched an enjoyable episode of James Martin’s series “Home Comforts”. His guest was near-neighbour/farmer Jody Scheckter (Ex-F1 World Champion) who has an “Organic/biodynamic farm” in Hampshire. He has a large herd of Water Buffalo - from their milk the farm produces five different buffalo mozzarella cheeses! http://www.laverstokepark.co.uk/info/about.aspx.
