Ha! So you didn't know it - anyone can Google it! I've performed that and one or two others of his Monologues - including my personal favourite "Uppards" - the Lancashire version of Longfellow’s “Excelsior”!

I would remind you, young sir, of what you stated in your post: "The lion and Albert by Marriott Edgar (courtesy of Google)". Therefore, the info didn't come from your wife, did it? Which could mean that your wife doesn't know everything after all.

It wasn't a case of "he had no option but to 'Google' it because his wife wasn't at home to ask" - he could easily have waited until she got back!

If I had waited for my wife to come home and asked her I would have got a lambasting for being so ignorant and would never have heard the end of it.

Just Google it and save the hassle is my favourite choice.

I don't think there are many places in the Lowestoft area Trigger that are free from 'photobombing' gulls. Although yours is a good photo-bombed picture the gulls can be annoying sometimes. I was on Carlton Marshes a little while ago when I was about to take a picture of a Marsh Harrier as it was flying towards me when the harrier got bombed and harried by a group of gulls and flew off in the opposite direction.

I was in Everitt's Park early pm - by the large pond just passed the Museum. One or two people were there throwing 'food' to the gulls and ducks. I was just amused by that photo. I would guess there were around 50 gulls (or more!) - an making a lot of noise and mess! This photo gives an idea of what it was like.

Of course it's the 'open' feeding of the gulls and other birds that is behind the problem. I was watching a program on BBC the other day where they were highlighting the problem of gulls snatching food and dive-bombing visitors at seaside resorts.
