Kerch, are those large communal bins for residents use, where we have the individual wheelie bins for each property, or are they ones used by a local business?

As the roads in the centre are so narrow there as places like in the photo for communal bin many of the roads it's not possable for the bin men to get too.Like near my house the lorry can back up only so far then the bins wheeled round to the lorry .Normal size roads houses have individual bins usually two an all green one & one with a yellow lid no idea what each one is used for .The large bins are used by business as well.Plus the recycleing bins for paper, glass & plastic

I took the photos around 10,shops don't open until then . Later there were plenty of people having coffee in the cafes on the Alles Paul Riquet . Did n't go into the centre of Beziers not enough time before had to catch bus back but I think the fact that the tourist season is just about over & the "situation" is n't helping .The old bus station is being re-modeled & buses are picking up much further away from the usual place .I'm slowing up as well .

Have n't seen one of these for ages ,as it's got it's wheels down could be a training flight as the weather is calm so no need to be going around several times.
