I decided to buy the book 'Cargopilot' by Christiaan Van Heijst which was mentioned on his website above. This was sent from The Netherlands and the postman tried to deliver it yesterday but we were out so I had to pick it up from the sorting office this morning. The book is of exceptional quality with over 200 pages and is full of some really excellent pictures. I'm pleased I bought it.
