Slightly out of chronological order, but a good video:
Arrival of Lowestoft Gull Wing Bridge Spans SAV2&4 on 3rd May 2023
And this consultation video from some 5-years back showing the bridge how it will look operating:

Re: Gull Wing Bridge Construction
There are some excellent site images that have been added for April/May at this link:
https://gullwingbridge.co.uk/site-and-design-images/
Many of the images are best viewed by clicking on them and then right-clicking on the larger image that opens and selecting 'Open in new tab" to view full-sized images. Some of the images can then be enlarged even further by just left-clicking on them and viewed in their entirety using the scroll-bars on your browser.
I particularly like this one which can be viewed full-sized by just clicking on the image that opens after clicking this link:

Re: Gull Wing Bridge Construction
I couldn't resist posting this is this topic as when I first saw it, it reminded me somewhat of our own Gull Wing Bridge construction.
This image was taken quickly with my phone camera of my bedroom TV screen and is a shot from a trailer for a National Geographic program which is due to be shown this Sunday (25th) at 8-pm in the series 'Europe From Above' and entitled 'Benelux from Above', so I guess this is probably in the Netherlands.
I hope the largest vessels that will pass through the Gull Wing will have a little more width to play with that this one.
