Re: Ships & Boats
Thanks John - yes - my Panasonic TZ40. That's the one that was in "hospital' with dust on the sensor/ or inside the lens. when I got it back - gave it a trial run - poor results! Although just snaps many were slightly out of focus. So, threw a "wobbly" and looked for a replacement camera (sad I know!).boatbuilder wrote:Nice pics, Trigger - taken with your Panasonic?
Left it a few days to calm down - and then I wondered if it was due to the "Big Nut" behind the camera (not paying attention!). Used it on Thursday - and again today - and providing the "Big Nut" pays attention - it's OK!
Saw this boat at Oulton Broad that I felt "drawn to" - can't think why! :-)

Thanks for the comment Mel, appreciated. when I was going to start taking the Yacht pictures, I set the camera to take 5 shots per second when the shutter was pressed. Now I've got lots and lots of pictures!Mel wrote:Like the yacht pictures Trigger and the 'Simply Bonkers' name, saw a yacht today called 'Pipedream'...seems someone's came true
Re: the yacht named "Pipedream" - and the thought that someone's drem came true - just hope the my attraction the boat's name I saw - was just that - with no "hidden meanings"!

With a younger and more luxurious craft behind it which looks like a Broome - the newer version of the Ocean 37. I'm sure BB will put me right on that.
