Very nice Trigger ,the skies are a nasty shade of grey here , been the same for a few days .

Thanks kerch - it was one of the few times when you see a lovely photo (whilst driving) and I was able to stop in a layby, open the window - and get the photo!

Lovely skies Kerch,Cobalt blue,bit of Paynes grey, I never stop looking at the sky colours which never cease to amaze me,indeed I tend to look at everything I suppose with a view to how would I go about interpreting the scene on paper. :roll: :)

One thing about skies they are never ever the same ,always something interesting going on if you take the time to look .

That is the thing Kerch,people don't have time these days to appreciate how wonderful nature can be,that is why I like to draw and paint.I found the following some time ago and I think it is very true.

The Purpose of Art

It is in order to really see,to see ever deeper,ever more intensely,hence to be fully aware and alive,that I draw what the Chinese call 'The Ten Thousand Things" around me.
