Thanks for posting the photos FC,they certainly illustrate the massive problem that the Authorities have in removing and clearing away the sand.

Can they use it to build up the beach at the South Pier end? Is it the sea that has caused the drifting or the wind?

Wind I would say Frankie I hope they do move it down the other side of Claremont but no point putting it lower (Hatfield area) as it would just wash away each high tide

Some dramatic photos Mel and plenty of wind for the Wind Farm seen in the distance. I have just noticed a couple of windmills that have been put up in the last week or two,they tell me they are on one of the Matthews sites near Lenwade,must remember to take my camera when walking the dog.
