Macro and Close-up Photography

Oh dear, I am so sorry to hear that, hopefully you feel better soon. Talking about shingles, I got the first vaccine a few Saturdays ago and have to get the 2nd dose end of March.

I did n't know a vaccine exsisted until I told my brother I had Shingles ,he was surprised I had n't the jab ;It's horrid one day it's not too bad the next day seems worse . Not much in the way of treatment ,painkillers like paracetomol & thats about it. :bandage:

In the UK you are normally invited to have the vaccine when you reach either 65 or 70, I can't remember which. I know my wife was invited but for some medical reason was unable to have it. when she went. I don't recall getting an invite, though, so haven't had it.

edit: I have just come across this on the NHS website so it is actually aged 70-79.

That's something I've just started forcing myself to do as well, kerch - taking walks, but for different reasons. However, I do know what you mean.
