Whilst you were watching those, Mel, I was watching 'Kate Humble's Coastal Walks' on Channel 5. This episode saw her walking thirteen miles along the Suffolk coast from Dunwich through Walberswick, Southwold, Easton Bavents and finishing at St Andrew's church in Covehithe. A very interesting program which I thought you might have been watching it as well.
This was followed by a program with Gregg Wallace in Venice, another good one. One of the foods he tried was Sea Bass baked inside what I describe as a 'shell' of sea salt. This reminded me of when I used to travel to Seville each year in the mid-late '80s and where I tried the same dish which was exactly as Gregg described it - 'delicious and just melts in the mouth'.
