November 24th.Flossie the cat, just a couple weeks shy of her 27th birthday, has been crowned the world’s oldest living cat by Guinness World Records. The brown-and-black cat from southeast London is roughly 120 human years old, according to a news release.

November 25th: Camilla, the Queen Consort, has said it was "a pleasure" to rehome Paddington Bears with children at an east London nursery, after thousands were left in tribute to the late Queen Elizabeth II.

November 27th: A former rural retreat of Sherlock Holmes author Sir Arthur Conan Doyle has been put on the market. Bignell Wood in the New Forest has been listed for sale by the current owner, interior designer Jane McIntyre, who has lived there for 16 years.
November 28th. A drug "super cartel" that controlled about a third of Europe's cocaine supply has been dismantled, police have announced. Dubbed Operation Desert Light, 49 people were arrested across six European countries, the EU's police agency, Europol, said.

November 29th: The Chinese ambassador to the UK, Zheng Zeguang, was summoned to the Foreign Office for a meeting following the arrest of a BBC journalist in Shanghai. Ed Lawrence was beaten and briefly detained while covering anti-government lockdown protests on Sunday.
November 30th. Fleetwood Mac’s Christine McVie has died at the age of 79, her family has said. A statement on Facebook said: “On behalf of Christine McVie’s family, it is with a heavy heart we are informing you of Christine’s death. She passed away peacefully at hospital this morning, Wednesday, November 30th, 2022, following a short illness. She was in the company of her family. We kindly ask that you respect the family’s privacy at this extremely painful time, and we would like everyone to keep Christine in their hearts and remember the life of an incredible human being, and revered musician who was loved universally. RIP Christine McVie.”

December 2nd. A cannabis-smoking mother who left her baby at home to die in 27C temperatures with a fractured skull as she went shopping has been jailed. Stacey Davis, 35, left her one-year-old son Ethan Davis alone in his cot for two hours while she ran a number of errands and visited a park near her home in Melksham, Wiltshire, in June 2018.
