I had similar thoughts kerch, but I thought maybe the brake lever pivot point.

Sadly, None of those!
After posting it I realised that I had, unintentionally, made it more difficult than it should be – sorry! It’s in the precinct, if you’re near Starbucks looking south you should see some of its upstanding colleagues! Hope that helps!
