Friends' get-together

Post by PeteB » Mon Feb 20, 2017 5:41 pm

Hi all.

A number of former StreetLife members have been holding meets in a pub around Yarmouth for over a year now. Usually between 5 and 10 people attend from a core of about 15 people. This week's is detailed below and any existing members from MyLowestoft as well as those from Streetlife are all welcome.

Thursday 23rd February at:

The Rumbold Arms, 107 Southtown Road, Great Yarmouth, NR31 0JX
  • 7.00 for a meal or
8.00 onwards for a drinks/chat, laughter, banter etc.
The pub has only just reopened and this week there will be a limited menu to start with: burgers, chilli and lasagne. There might be one or two other choices by Thursday.

It started as a singles group, but now it's just a forum for friends to have an enjoyable evening. Fresh faces and returning friends are welcome as always. If any first timers would like to be met in the car park so as not to walk in alone, please get in touch:

Private Message me, or email:
sleafriends@hotmail.com

The Yarmouth (on the border with Gorleston) location has been chosen by the regular attendees as people come from many directions, including Lowestoft, Martham, Acle, Runham, Yarmouth, Caister. However, if the bias of attendees changes in the future, the group may collectively decide to hold some meetings elsewhere or change the regular venue.

Regards, Pete

Hope you see you there, and on one or more of these:

The Yarmouth (on the border with Gorleston) location has been chosen by the regular attendees as people come from many directions, including Lowestoft, Martham, Acle, Runham, Yarmouth, Caister. However, the mix of attendees is reviewed frequently and the group may at some point collectively decide to hold some meetings elsewhere or change the regular venue.
