Suffolk murders

Post by East Point » Wed Apr 09, 2014 4:52 pm

My son has just lent me a book entitled 'Suffolk Murders' written by Mark Mower. It includes 2 in Lowestoft - the latest one in Arbor Lane, Pakefield in 1925. Looking forward to reading it.

That sounds interesting EP. The sort of book I would read. I enjoyed the book 'The Peasenhall Murder' - about the unsolved murder of Rose Harsent in 1902, not too many miles from Lowestoft. It may well be included in that book you have.

Son bought it in Waterstones BB. Don't expect it was that expensive. It was published in 2011.

It's £14.99 at Waterstones (online) and a little less at Amazon, EP. It is available from the Library for free so I have placed a reservation on there. :D

Oh that's good you can get it from the library BB. I'm sure you'll find it interesting. I've read the first 2 chapters already this evening. Actually I may even buy it 'cos this one is just on loan to me and I can then put it with all my other books I have about Old Lowestoft.

Image I picked up my reserved copy from the library yesterday, East Point. I've now got to fit it into my reading schedule. Image
