Priory Farm, St Olaves

Post by Gary » Wed Jan 29, 2014 5:16 pm

I've tried out many restaurants in this area but the one I still keep coming back to is The Priory at St Olaves. They have a huge choice of food not just from the regular menu but also with many specials on the blackboard.
It's a family run restaurant and this is by far my favourite restaurant in the area.

I agree the food is very good, but the last time I went there the tables had been pushed so close together it was quite uncomfortable to have a private conversation...

Next time you book Dorothy, request an "alcove" table. That way you get a nice private table (for up to 4 people) around the outer edge which are also screened from the tables behind and in front of them. 8-)

My cousin took us there a few years ago.The only complaint I had was that it was kind of dark in there.I got the sole and used the pepper shaker instead of the salt by mistake and I hate pepper.I did eat the fish though after I had scraped some of the pepper off and it was delicious.
