They want to build 8 five bedroom houses three stories high on the old playground at Lovewell road!
These house will have a two car park drive way with electric charge and also two toilets
we as residents did decline it as the road isnt big enough.
they also want to turn the school into seven bedroom flats but that is ok as the building is already there and they can use the playground as a car park.
The developer is private so they wont be affordable housing
