Latest post of the previous page:

Thank-you Mel, thursday I've another to collect from the framers. It's getting very expensive to have a picture framed will have to do smaller pictures in future.A frame plus mount and the labour cost roughly £60 size 50cmx80cm for a simple wood frame. :(

I have some of my pictures framed using the non reflective glass,it certainly makes a difference with eliminating shine and light reflections, however it also diffuses the colours,so recently I purchased three framed photos of Broadland and chose ordinary clear glass which allows the natural colours to be appreciated.

You have a nice collection of pastel paintings there Kerch and yes I agree the framing and mounts make a difference - very professional looking.

Yes it is well spotted BB.
The other smaller pastel I posted at the same time is being framed by a friend who's a woodworker ,makes all sorts of things in wood mostly from drift wood or recupertated wood. Will be interesting to see what he comes up with. :o

Is it unnamed as the file name states as the face looks familiar to me, SheilaO and I can't place it? Nevertheless, it's very good and you've got the hang of posting pictures on here as well.

Hello SheilaO - and welcome to this site and hope you enjoy being here. Excellent work "from your easel"! It looks like "M" to me - or should I say Judi Dench? If I'm right - do I get a prize? :D I'm currently reading her book "and furthermore".
