Lovely landscapes Frankiesays and some great walks by the looks of it. I also agree with the 'having a leak'...my wife too!! :)

Had a walk over the Ipswich flyover yesterday though trying to find the phone was very hard ? it seems it is no longer there.

Good pictures frankie. Probably more tranquil then, than it has been of late.

I moved your post to this topic as it seemed more appropriate here than in the random pictures.

It certainly doesn't look like that today BB. It's been raining hard all day and 4C. Lots of vehicles coming through town with snow on them so it can't be far away.

Just make sure the snow stays up there, please, or at least north of The Wash

The third picture is The Bay View Garden Centre at Bolton le Sands, Carnforth. There can't be many garden centres with a better view from their car park. Quite aptly named I think. The first and second pictures are from the area where the cars are parked in the third picture. Across Morecambe Bay looking towards Silverdale and Oyster Catchers waiting for the unusually high tide to recede.

Three more pictures from yesterday from Morecambe seafront. Just parked my car by the side of the road and took some quickies. The first is looking towards Hest Bank, the second is the same but zoomed in a bit and the third is looking straight across the bay to Ulverston and Grange. The first two look quite idyllic but this was the exact spot where 13 Chinese cockle Pickers were drowned around 12 years ago.
