Two photos from Bob Johnson/Facebook, can anyone give us some information on the people in them.
1/ Bob just tells us this is Fred, a local busker I assume.
2/ 'Jumbo Fiske and George Meen' appear in this one, judging by the background they are connected to the local fishing industry.

Jumbo Fiske was a well known skipper on the trawlers.

Dave, Local knowledge came into it for the Jumbo Fiske picture. I was on the trawlers many years ago and he was the local legend.

It was Google that did the work for the other picture. :D

Two more of Bob Johnson's photos from Facebook. The first one is of 'Cubs (about 1955)', can anyone name some of them or even spot themselves? 'Cycling proficiency test at St Margaret’s Junior School (1950's)' comes next, any familiar faces in this one?

If any ladies reading this played football in 1982 or attended Lowestoft Technical College in 1965 they may spot themselves in one of Bob Johnson's photos below.

A couple of 'recent' photos from Bob Johnson/Facebook. No date for the second one, perhaps someone who has 'met' Mary can have an educated guess.

1/ 'Lifeguards practice, 1980.'

2/ 'May Elliston, Traffic Warden.'

A Google search indicates that May Daisy Elliston was Lowestofts first female traffic warden and retired in October 1981.

Her death was recorded as 5th April 2016 aged 85.
