It's always satisfying when people listen to you.

As you may have seen, the page with the live stream of the Gull Wing Bridge also has a link to a gallery of 'Site images' under the main heading 'Construction and Images'. Unfortunately, as of last Sunday, those images only displayed as the size shown on the page, even if you were to right-click on them and open each image in a new tab.

On Sunday evening I decided to send the following email message to the 'contact us' link given on the website, as follows:
Hello,
I have run a Lowestoft forum website https://mylowestoft.com for many years now and we have shown great interest in our town's third crossing over those years, and I have included a link to your home page (livestream) from the forum as well as having reported on developments elsewhere in the forum over recent years.
However, it would be interesting to be able to view all the images in the gallery in a larger format if that is possible, along the lines of a slideshow, or even by just clicking each image for it to open as a larger one. So many of the images displayed would look so much better and would benefeit from being viewed in a larger format.
I hope you don't mind my raising this issue in the hope that you may consider it a possibility in the near future, whilst the bridge is still under construction.
Many thanks.
Kind regards .....
On Monday morning I received the following reply from the Community Benefit Coordinator at Farrans, the main contractors, as follows:

When I looked at the gallery a little later yesterday, I noticed that the October 2022 month's images enlarged when clicked on.
I looked again earlier this afternoon and all of the images in the gallery can now be viewed in an enlarged format.

I would like to thank Farrans for implementing this change so quickly which makes the gallery so much more interesting. It's good to know that my contacting them has led to this happening.
